- Order details: what you bought, how you paid and where it was delivered.
- Messages and requests you send us, such as warranty claims or quote requests.
- How you use the site: pages you visit and products you view. Analytics and advertising cookies are only used if you choose Accept all.
Why we use it
- To process, deliver and support your orders, warranty claims and repairs.
- To reply to your questions and requests.
- To keep the site secure and working properly.
- With your consent, to understand how the site is used, show you relevant products and improve our ads.
Who we share it with
Only the people who need it to serve you: the courier delivering your order, payment providers, manufacturers or service centres handling a warranty claim, and the software providers we use to run the business, such as our invoicing system. We do not sell your personal information.
Your rights
