Orders and payment
How do I pay?
By M-Pesa PayBill (business number 400200, account number 11 69 295) or by bank transfer. Our bank details are on every invoice and available on request. See Secure Payments.
Are your prices inclusive of VAT?
Prices on the website are shown without VAT. VAT is added at checkout and shown before you pay.
Are your products genuine?
Yes. We source through authorised distributor channels and sell genuine products only.
Can I buy in bulk or with an LPO?
Yes. Encom for Businesses gives you bulk pricing, LPO ordering, Zoho invoicing and a dedicated account manager.
Can prices change?
Yes. Prices and availability can change without prior notice. The price confirmed on your order or invoice is the one you pay.
Delivery and collection
Do you deliver outside Nairobi?
Yes, we deliver across Kenya through couriers such as Wells Fargo and Easy Coach. Fees vary by courier and location and we confirm them before dispatch.
Do you ship outside Kenya?
Yes. Send us your order and destination and we will quote shipping. Import duties and taxes are paid by the buyer.
Can I collect my order or buy in store?
Yes. Visit us at Rehema House, C-Suite, 4th Floor, Standard Street, Nairobi, Monday to Saturday, 8AM to 6PM.
How do I track my order?
Use the Track Your Order page. Choose your courier and enter the reference on your receipt, such as the Wells Fargo code or the Easy Coach customer number.
Returns, warranty and support
Can I return a product?
Return windows vary by product. Unopened products can be refunded in full within their window. Faulty products can be returned within their warranty period. See Returns.
Do your products have a warranty?
Products come with the manufacturer’s warranty where the manufacturer offers one, and we handle claims for you. Start one on the Warranty page.
Do you install products?
Yes. We install networks, CCTV, printers, POS systems, Starlink and office computers. Ask for installation when you order.
Do you repair devices?
Yes. Our technicians repair and upgrade laptops and desktops. Book through our solutions site or WhatsApp us.
