Products we sell come with the manufacturer’s warranty where the manufacturer offers one. If something goes wrong, we handle the claim for you.
What is covered
Manufacturer warranties cover faults in materials and workmanship that appear during normal use within the warranty period. The length and terms depend on the product and the manufacturer.
What is usually not covered
- Physical damage, cracked screens, liquid damage or damage from power surges.
- Damage from misuse, accidents, or repairs and modifications not done by an authorised technician.
- Software problems, viruses, lost passwords and lost data.
- Consumables such as ink, toner and batteries beyond their stated life, and normal wear.
Back up your data before you hand in a device. Repairs can involve resetting or replacing storage, and we cannot be responsible for data on devices sent for repair.
