Delivery within Kenya
We deliver nationwide using trusted couriers, including Wells Fargo and Easy Coach. Delivery fees depend on the courier, the size and weight of your order and your location, so we confirm the exact fee with you before dispatch.
Every delivery comes with a courier receipt. Keep it, because it has the reference you need to track your parcel.
Same-day delivery in Nairobi
Orders confirmed early in the day can often be delivered within Nairobi on the same day, subject to stock and location. We will tell you the expected delivery time when we confirm your order.
Collect from our store
You are welcome to collect your order, or shop in person, at our store: Rehema House, C-Suite, 4th Floor, Standard Street, Nairobi. We are open Monday to Saturday, 8AM to 6PM.
Shipping outside Kenya
We ship to customers outside Kenya. Send us your order and destination and we will quote the shipping cost and timeline. Import duties, taxes and customs charges in the destination country are paid by the buyer.
Tracking your parcel
Use our order tracking page. Choose your courier, enter the reference on your receipt and we will show you where to check, or check it for you.
When something goes wrong
Please check your parcel when it arrives. If anything is damaged or missing, take photos and contact us within 24 hours so we can raise it with the courier.
Delivery times are estimates. Couriers can be delayed by weather, road conditions and other events outside our control.
