We want everyone to be able to shop with Encom Digital, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive tools.
What we aim for
We work towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. That includes readable text and colour contrast, labelled form fields, keyboard access to menus, filters and buttons, and descriptive text for product images.
What we have done
- Filters, the search box and pop-up tips can be used with a keyboard, and they close with the Escape key.
- Forms have visible labels, and required fields are marked.
- Animations respect your device setting for reduced motion.
- Pages can be zoomed to 200% without losing content.
Known limitations
Some older product descriptions and images may not yet have complete text alternatives, and some documents we link to, such as manufacturer datasheets, are provided by third parties. We are improving these as we update listings.
