Hikvision DS-K1T323MBFWX-E1 Face Access Terminal

Door access without keys or shared PINs

The Hikvision DS-K1T323MBFWX-E1 is a compact access terminal that opens a door by face, fingerprint or card. It recognises a registered face in under 0.2 seconds, so staff walk up and walk through. It suits office doors, server rooms, stores and staff entrances.

It holds up to 1,000 faces, 3,000 fingerprints and 3,000 cards, and logs every entry. That log doubles as a simple attendance record for small teams. A built-in speaker and microphone allow two way audio with the person at the door.

Installation

The terminal takes PoE, so one network cable powers it, and it can drive a 12V 1A electric lock directly. You set it up through AP mode on a phone or through its web page. Full specs are on the Hikvision product page.

Browse more biometric devices, or pair it with a Hikvision video intercom for the main gate.

Frequently asked questions

Can it work as a time attendance device?

It logs every entry with the time and name, which many small offices use for attendance. For payroll reports, ask us about software.

Does it need a separate power supply?

Not if your switch supplies PoE. It can also power a 12V lock directly.

Can staff use a card instead of their face?

Yes. Each person can sign in by face, fingerprint or card, whichever you register for them.
