An 8 channel DVR with AI built in
The Hikvision iDS-7208HQHI-M1/XT is an AcuSense DVR. It can run face recognition on 2 channels, or perimeter protection (line crossing and intrusion) on 4 channels, filtering alarms down to real people and vehicles. AcuSearch then lets you find a person or car in hours of footage in seconds.
It records at up to 3K or 5MP Lite, so it gets the full detail out of higher resolution cameras such as the Hikvision DS-2CE18K0T-LFS 3K and the DS-2CE12KF3TP-DLS dual lens camera.
Inputs and storage
It takes HDTVI, AHD, CVI and CVBS cameras on 8 inputs, plus up to 12 IP cameras. Every HDTVI channel supports two way audio, so you can talk through cameras such as the DS-2CE13DF0T-LXTS ColorVu. It takes one SATA drive, sold separately. Full specs are on the Hikvision product page.
