Hikvision DS-2CE78D0T-LXTS 2MP Turret Camera with Siren and Strobe

A turret camera that warns intruders off

The Hikvision DS-2CE78D0T-LXTS is a 2MP turret camera with a siren, a strobe light and two way audio. Instead of only recording a break-in, it can sound an alarm and flash a light the moment someone enters a zone you have marked. That makes it a good fit for compounds, warehouses, shop entrances and parking areas.

The turret shape sits flush under eaves and ceilings and does not catch dust and spider webs on the lens the way some dome covers do. It connects to a Hikvision DS-7100HGHI-M1 series DVR or a DS-7200HGHI series DVR with one coaxial cable.

Night vision and audio

Smart Hybrid Light reaches up to 40m, in infrared or white light. That is a long reach for a 2MP camera of this size, so one unit can cover a full driveway. The built-in microphone and speaker let you listen in and talk to visitors from the DVR or the Hik-Connect app. Full details are on the Hikvision product page.
