The Hikvision DS-2CE13DF0T-LXTS is a 2MP ColorVu bullet camera. Its large F1.0 lens pulls in enough light to keep the picture in colour at night, so you can still tell the colour of a car, a jacket or a gate. Many 2MP cameras switch to black and white after dark, which loses exactly that kind of detail.

It also carries Hikvision’s SoundMax audio: a louder speaker and a built-in microphone for two way talk, plus a siren and strobe light that fire when someone crosses a zone you set on the DVR.

Installation

The camera is rated IP67 for outdoor walls and runs over one coaxial cable to a Hikvision DS-7100HGHI-M1 series DVR, a DS-7200HGHI series DVR or the iDS-7208HQHI-M1/XT AcuSense DVR.
