Hikvision DS-2CE18K0T-LFS 3K Smart Hybrid Light Audio Bullet Camera

More detail on the same cable

The Hikvision DS-2CE18K0T-LFS records at 3K (2960 x 1665), roughly two and a half times the pixels of a 1080p camera. That extra detail helps when you need to read a number plate or recognise a face at the edge of the frame, and it still runs over ordinary coaxial cable.

Smart Hybrid Light reaches up to 60m in infrared or white light, and a built-in microphone records sound with the video. The housing is sealed to IP67.

Recorder compatibility

To record the full 3K picture you need a DVR that accepts 3K or 5MP inputs. The Hikvision iDS-7208HQHI-M1/XT handles it. On a 1080p Lite DVR such as the DS-7200HGHI series, the camera still works but records at a lower resolution. Full details are on the Hikvision product page.

Frequently asked questions

Is 3K the same as 5MP?

Close to it. 2960 x 1665 is about 4.9 megapixels, in a wide 16:9 shape.

Will it work on a 2MP DVR?

It will usually show a picture, but you only get the full 3K detail on a DVR that supports 3K or 5MP inputs. Ask us if you are unsure.

Can it go outside?

Yes. It is rated IP67 against rain and dust.
