Installing and activating

You receive a licence key. Download the installer from Quick Heal, enter the key and activate over the internet. Remove any other antivirus from the server first, and schedule the first full scan outside working hours. Our team can install and configure it for you as part of an office setup.

System requirements

A Windows Server operating system, at least 2 GB of RAM, about 1.6 GB of free disk space and an internet connection for activation and updates. Check your Windows Server version with us before buying, especially for older servers.

Works well with

Keep the server running through power cuts with a UPS from our UPS range, and keep an offline backup on an external drive from our memory and storage range. Antivirus does not replace backups.

Can I install it on a normal Windows 10 or 11 PC?

It is made for Windows Server. For a regular PC, choose AntiVirus Pro, Internet Security or Total Security.

Does one licence cover the PCs on my network?

No. It covers one server. Each PC needs its own licence.

We use Tally. Is our data protected?

Quick Heal lists Tally data among the files its ransomware backup and restore protects. Keep a separate offline backup as well.

Our server is reached over Remote Desktop. Does this help?

Yes. It detects and blocks repeated failed RDP login attempts. Use strong passwords as well.

What happens when the licence ends?

Updates stop. Renew before the end date so the server stays protected.
