Real-time antivirus guards each workstation and the file server against viruses, spyware, Trojans and cryptojackers. Malware copied into a shared folder from one infected laptop is stopped before it spreads to the rest of the office.

Anti-ransomware with rollback

Ransomware is the biggest risk for a small office, because one click can lock every shared document. Kaspersky watches for ransomware behaviour, blocks it, and can roll back changes the malware made to your files.

Safe Money and phishing protection

Safe Money opens banking and payment sites in a protected browser, which matters for whoever handles supplier payments, payroll and bank transfers. Web protection blocks phishing pages and malicious downloads.

Firewall and web control

The firewall blocks unwanted network connections, and web control lets you limit which kinds of sites staff can reach during work hours.

How it compares

Home plans such as Kaspersky Premium are for personal devices and are not licensed for servers. Installing and activating

Create a My Kaspersky account, add the licence and send installation links to each workstation from the web console. Install the file server protection on the server and schedule the first full scan outside working hours. Remove any other antivirus first. Our team can install and set it up as part of an office IT setup.

System requirements

Workstations: Windows 11, 10, 8.1, 8 or 7 SP1, or a recent macOS version. File server: Windows Server 2022 Standard, 2019, 2016, 2012 R2 or 2012 (Essentials, Standard or Foundation). Windows Server Datacenter and Server Core installations are not supported. About 1.5 GB of free disk space and an internet connection are needed for installation, activation and updates.

No. It is designed to be run by an office manager from the web console.

We have eight PCs. What should we buy?

What happens when the licence ends?

Updates stop and protection becomes outdated. Renew before the end date.
